Idyllically located overlooking our Courtyard, The Terrace invites you to unwind indoors or savour the open-air charm of its scenic patio. ​

 

Rooted in a love for honest, high-quality ingredients, the menu, curated by head chef Matt DeMille, features a refined selection of dishes that highlight bold flavours and seasonal simplicity.

SOLO JOURNEYS

Continue your wellness journey in The Courtyard, a serene outdoor oasis tucked within the hotel. Here, your path to restoration unfolds in quiet serenity, offering a moment of deep stillness for those in search of something truly exceptional.

THE COURTYARD

Cancellations or changes made in advance incur no charges. Cancelling within less than 24 hours of the appointment will result in a 50% charge of the treatment cost. Cancellations made within 5 hours of the appointment, as well as no-shows, will incur the full fee.

 

Additional fees will be applied if your use of the thermal spa exceeds the reserved time.

RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY

    • We advise to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start
      of the experience to have time to check-in and change.

    • We place a limit on the number of people we allow per session
      to maintain a private and tranquil atmosphere.
      We strongly advise booking in advance.

    • Our space is a relaxing and tranquil environment.
      Please respect all guests’ rights to privacy and serenity.

    • Access to and stay is not allowed to persons with an obvious
      lack of hygiene, nor to persons who show violent attitudes
      or behave aggressively or provoke altercations, or treat other
      customers or employees in a vexatious manner.

    • Guests exhibiting signs of intoxication (alcohol or drugs)
      will be asked to leave and no refunds or reschedules
      will be permitted.

    • The use of mobile phones and cameras is only permitted
      in the reception lounge.

    • No weapons are allowed on premises at any time.

    • The use of swimwear is compulsory in our installations.

    • Bathhouse is a smoke-free facility, including vapes.

    • No outside food or beverage is permitted.

    • All bath sessions are co-ed and bathing suits are
      mandatory for all guests.

    • The locker rooms are fitted with secure lockers to store personal
      belongings. It is recommended to leave all personal belongings
      in the lockers. Bathhouse is not responsible for any loss or dam
      age of personal items.

    • Locker rooms are fully equipped with shampoo, shower gel,
      body lotion and hairdryers as well as robes and towels.

    • Robes not provided by Bathhouse are also permitted.

    • All guests are expected to adhere to our silence and no cell
      phone/photography policy. Guests not adhering to these policies
      may be asked to leave the facility.

    • Unfortunately, for health and safety reasons, the thermal baths
      and massages are not recommended for pregnant women.

    • Use of the facilities is not recommended for people with heart
      conditions or recent surgery.

    • Please inform us at the time of booking of any health problems,
      allergies or injuries that our staff must take into consideration in
      order to provide you with the contracted service in a correct and
      satisfactory manner.

    • The minimum age requirement to enter is 18.

    • The promotions are not cumulative.

    • Guests are required to take a shower using warm water and soap
      and thoroughly rinse off all soap before entering or re‐entering
      the deck.
