Over the course of 4 hours, you'll experience our hot and cold baths, dry sauna, and quiet areas — each thoughtfully designed to guide you through a journey of restoration. Between cycles, refresh under our invigorating showers with exfoliating salts for a complete rejuvenation.
This restorative ritual, set in a captivating and uniquely designed space, combines periods of heat, cold, and rest to promote tranquility that both invigorates the body and uplifts the spirit.

Continue your wellness journey in The Courtyard, a serene outdoor oasis tucked within the hotel. Here, your path to restoration unfolds in quiet serenity, offering a moment of deep stillness for those in search of something truly exceptional.
THE COURTYARD
Cancellations or changes made in advance incur no charges. Cancelling within less than 24 hours of the appointment will result in a 50% charge of the treatment cost. Cancellations made within 5 hours of the appointment, as well as no-shows, will incur the full fee.
Additional fees will be applied if your use of the thermal spa exceeds the reserved time.

All bath sessions are co-ed and bathing suits are mandatory for all guests.

Flip flops and refillable water bottles are recommended to enhance your experience. Glass water bottles are not permitted.

We advise to arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of the experience to have time to check-in and change.

We place a limit on the number of people we allow per session to maintain a private and tranquil atmosphere. We strongly advise booking in advance as space is limited.

Our space is designed for relaxation and tranquility. We kindly ask all guests to speak softly while enjoying Bathhouse.

Locker rooms are fully equipped with shampoo, shower gel, body lotion and hairdryers as well as robes and towels. Guests are required to take a shower using warm water and soap and thoroughly rinse off all soap before entering or re‐entering the deck.

Robes not provided by Bathhouse are also permitted.

The locker rooms are fitted with secure lockers to store personal belongings. It is recommended to leave all personal belongings in the lockers. Bathhouse is not responsible for any loss or damage of personal items.

All guests are expected to adhere to our noise and no cellphone/photography policy. Guests not adhering to these policies may be asked to leave the facility.

The use of mobile phones and cameras is only permitted in the reception.

Access to and stay is not allowed to persons with an obvious lack of hygiene, nor to persons who show violent attitudes or behave aggressively or provoke altercations or treat other customers or employees in a vexatious manner.

Guests exhibiting signs of intoxication (alcohol or drugs) will be asked to leave and no refunds or reschedules will be permitted.

No weapons are allowed on premises at any time.

Bathhouse is a smoke-free facility, including vapes.

No outside food or beverage is permitted.

For health and safety reasons, the thermal baths are not recommended for pregnant women.

Use of the facilities is not recommended for people with heart conditions or recent surgery.

Please inform us at the time of booking of any health problems, allergies or injuries that our staff must take into consideration in order to provide you with the contracted service in a correct and satisfactory manner.
